Taurus Magic Supply is a MAIL ORDER company operated by Derek Lever
and Anne Lever and has been in existence for over 30 years. Taurus Magic Supply
are the WORLD'S LARGEST SUPPLIERS OF USED MAGICAL APPARATUS with over 1,000
items usually in stock, ranging from books and close-up magic through to large
stage illusions. We also manufacture hundreds of NEW ITEMS including stage
illusions, comedy magic, electronic magic and are publishers of fine books, including the famous Jack Hughes World
of Magic series.
DEREK LEVER
The founder and Managing Director of the company, he is a very well known
figure in the magical world. He has been in magic for over 50 years and has
been a professional performer (winning T.V.'s 'New Faces'), Theatrical Agent,
Professional Hypnotist and Fireater and has Lectured all over the world,
including the famous
He is the author of a number of books
including 'Stranger Than Fiction', Jack Hughes World of Magic', 'Ken Brooke and
Friends' and the 'Encyclopedia of Crocodile Magic' and has written numerous
articles for magic magazines.
He is the Organiser of the world's largest
magic convention, the world famous BLACKPOOL MAGIC CONVENTION, is the originator and organiser of the British Magical
Championships, is an Honorary Life Member and a Past President of Blackpool
Magicians Club, a Past President of the British Ring of the International
Brotherhood of Magicians and the Order of the Magi, an Honorary Vice President
of the British Magical Society, Honorary Life President of Manchester Circle of
Magicians, has been awarded a Presidential Testimonial by the Society of
American Magicians, a Presidential Testimonial by the International Brotherhood
of Magicians and was awarded, the David Berglas Trophy for Services to Magic by
the British Magical Society and The World Famous "Murray Award" at
the Blackpool Convention in 2002. In 2004 he was awarded an "Order
of Merit" from the

ingenious and frequently displays these in his Lectures.
ANNE LEVER
Anne has been in magic virtually as long
as Derek has and was his magical assistant for many years when he performed
illusions. She is responsible for the day to day administration of the company
and also has a considerable knowledge of magical equipment having handled
thousands of items over the years. She is currently President Elect of
Manchester Circle of magicians and is an Honorary Life Member of Manchester
Circle of Magicians. In 2004 she received an award from the Guild of Magicians
which was inscribed "In ongoing recognition of her commitment to the world
of magic". Anne is Derek's 'right hand' and as a Director, is a valuable
asset to the company.

business hours are from 10.00 a.m. to 6.30 p.m. Monday to Saturday.
We are closed on Sundays.

When posting your order please ensure that you have PRINTED your name and
address, this will prevent any mistakes being made in addressing your order.
