The building itself is spacious and welcoming: there is a comfortable Lounge/Bar, a Dining/Ballroom that can accommodate 200, a smaller room that accommodates a party of 60, and three smaller rooms that are ideal for private dinners and committees.

The needs of the disabled are especially well catered for.

The whole building has recently been refurbished and decorated to the very highest standard. It is therefore very comfortable and accommodating, and it provides all the facilities and the services you will need to ensure the success of your event, whether it is business or private.

Numbers are not a problem. The Dining/Ballroom can accommodate the largest function: the Lowry Suite (below) is ideally suited for small dinner parties or conferences ranging from 8 to 30 people.

Hemsley House offers a full range of banqueting and buffet menus and a comprehensive wine list, all at very reasonable prices.

Meals are cooked on the premises and we shall be happy to cater for any special requirements you might have.
